Hoy nos ha visitado Don Miguel Pastor Moreno, EU Careers Ambassador y hermano mayor de unos de nuestros alumnos en el Centro. D. Miguel se ha ofrecido para dar una charla informativa, a los alumnos de Upper Sixth, sobre las salidas profesionales en la UE y cómo hacer carrera en las instituciones europeas.
Asimismo, ha informado a nuestros alumnos de último curso sobre las oportunidades que pueden tener los jóvenes en la UE . También les ha dado una idea general de cómo involucrarse en diferentes campañas europeas para que así el día de mañana, puedan ser buenos candidatos en oposiciones europeas.
Ha concluido su intervención animándoles a ser proactivos, a implicarse en el camino a su destino y a sentirse afortunados de ser europeos y poder disfrutar de todas las ventajas que esto supone. Le agradecemos su tiempo y ¡esperamos que pueda volver el curso que viene!
Today we were visited by Don Miguel Pastor Moreno, EU Careers Ambassador and older brother of one of our pupils at the Centre. Mr Miguel has offered to give an informative talk, to the pupils of Upper Sixth, about professional opportunities in the EU and how to make a career in the European institutions.
He also informed our final year pupils about the opportunities that young people can have in the EU. He has also given them a general idea of how to get involved in different European campaigns so that in the future, they can be good candidates in European opportunities.
He concluded his speech by encouraging them to be proactive, to get involved on the road to their destination and to feel fortunate to be European and to be able to enjoy all the advantages that this entails. We thank you for your time and hope you can return next year!
