Los alumnos voluntarios han ido a ayudar a la casa de Las Hermanitas de los Pobres. Estábamos deseando volver después de las vacaciones navideñas, y las Hermanitas, como siempre, muy agradecidas por nuestra ayuda. Este sábado nos acompañó una nueva alumna voluntaria, Isabel Hernández. Cuando terminamos le pregunte ¿qué tal la experiencia? y su respuesta fue “Muy bien, Seño. Repetiré. Me he sentido que he ayudado sin esperar nada a cambio, solo la satisfacción de ayudar”.
Voluntary Pupils
Volunteering pupils went to help out to the Hermanitas de los Pobres home. We were eager to return after the Christmas holidays, and the Hermanitas (Sisters), as always, were very grateful for our help. Isabel Hernández, a new volunteer, came with us this Saturday. When we had finished, I asked her, what did you think of the experience? And her answer was “Very good Miss, I will be back. I have felt I was helping expecting nothing in return, a part from the satisfaction of helping”
