El Proyecto ECICOE sigue su curso, esta mañana un grupo de alumnos de 2º de Bachillerato ha mantenido una videoconferencia con la organización de “Diamond Challenge”. Se trata de un gran concurso internacional que promueve el emprendimiento y las ideas de negocio para estudiantes de Educación Secundaria y Bachillerato, promovido por una entidad sin ánimo de lucro.
Este curso, por primera vez, la ronda preliminar tendrá lugar en Madrid, España, en marzo 2018. Este evento va a celebrarse en el Colegio Nuestra Señora Santa María y contamos con la colaboración de CICAE.
La participación les permite:
– Mejorar su formación académica y lingüística ya que el evento se llevará a cabo únicamente en inglés.
– Obtener una experiencia única de presentar su proyecto y sus ideas ante expertos en emprendimiento.
– Tener la posibilidad de competir con diferentes colegios de toda España y del resto del mundo.
– Poder optar al premio de 1.000 dólares para el equipo ganador en la ronda preliminar. Además, el equipo ganador de esta primera fase, tendrá la oportunidad de competir, en semifinales, en la Cumbre de Emprendimiento Juvenil “Diamond Challenge”, en Delaware, E.E.U.U., cuyo primer premio es 11.000 dólares para financiar su idea o para invertir en su educación.
The ECICOE Project is following its course, Upper Sixth Form pupils maintained a videoconference with the “Diamond Challenge” organisation this morning. This is a great international contest to promote entrepreneurship and business ideas for Secondary and Sixth Form pupils, run by a non-profit making organisation.
This year, for the first time, the preliminary round will be taking place in Madrid, Spain, in March 2018. This event will be held in the Nuestra Señora Santa María School and we count on the collaboration of CICAE.
The participation will allow them to:
– Improve their academic and linguistic training, as this even takes place solely in English.
– Have the unique experience of presenting their project and ideas before experts in entrepreneurship.
– Have the chance to compete with different schools from all over Spain and the rest of the world.

The wining team of this first phase will also have the opportunity to compete in semi-finals, at the”Diamond Challenge” Young Entrepreneurs Summit in Delawere. U.S. where the first prize is 11.000 dollars to finance their idea or to invest in their education.
