El Club Deportivo El Centro Inglés se reúne con el recién creado equipo de Futbol Americano, El Puerto Seagulls, para conocer de primera mano el proyecto deportivo de este nuevo Club e informarse de este deporte tan poco común en nuestra comunidad, pero a su vez muy popular en otros lugares y cada vez más en Europa. También, se aprovechó para felicitar a los Seagulls por el triunfo en el I Trofeo Ciudad de Córdoba.
Como muestra de apoyo institucional los alumnos de 3º – 4º ESO y Bachillerato tendrán la oportunidad de disfrutar de sesiones de enseñanza y práctica de Fútbol Americano en la modalidad de Football flag, dirigidas por miembros del equipo portuense.
Desde CD El Centro Inglés deseamos la mayor suerte a esta nueva iniciativa deportiva y consigan los mejores éxitos posibles.
The English Centre Sports Club meets with the newly created American Football team El Puerto Seagulls, to get to know first-hand about this Club’s sports project and gather information regarding this sport, so unusual in our area, but very popular in other places and getting more and more popular every day in Europe. We also took advantage of the meeting and congratulated to Seagulls for their victory in the 1st Ciudad de Cordoba Trophy.
As part of our institutional support, 3rd and 4th of Secondary and Baccalaureate pupils will have the opportunity of enjoying some teaching sessions as well as American Football practical classes in Football Flag mode, directed by members of the local team.
The English Centre Board of Directors wish the best of luck for this sporting initiative and the highest achievements possible.
