Today our pupils from Primary and Secondary were presented with all of the extra-curricular activities that are available to them at The English Centre. We are delighted with our brilliant team of professionals who are full of energy for the new school year.
The school of music and dance has a great selection of instruments and dances available and there was a fantastic performance from the whole team today.
Our young writers can join our “Palabramos” club where they will learn all the tools they need to become wonderful writers of fiction and non-fiction.
The sports club has a fantastic range of activities available for all ages. As always our focus is on joining in, being part of the team, being a good sport and having a good time. Our teams will be playing a wide range of matches with other schools and clubs. There is a special focus on chess this year. In secondary there two new activities, self-defence and rhythmic gymnastics.
Finally there is a new activity, robot club, where pupils will get a chance to build and programme the latest robots.
It is a great package of activities to complement the curriculum here at The English Centre and we encourage all of our pupils to take part. For more information please look at the circular in ECINET.
