Seguimos con las reuniones del School Council y el Departamento de Orientación de Secundaria-Bachillerato, con el objetivo de que los alumnos presenten propuestas, comenten sus dificultades y problemáticas y podamos atender a sus necesidades e intereses, en la medida de lo posible.
La elección del School Council ayuda a que el alumnado desarrolle habilidades comunicativas básicas para que puedan participar responsablemente en una sociedad democrática. Es una figura positiva para el conjunto de la clase, pero también a nivel individual para el que desempeña la función. Ser responsable de algo es uno de los procesos que ayudan a la madurez personal y, la mayoría de las veces, a la satisfacción personal. Deben saber distinguir entre las cosas que se hacen voluntariamente e involuntariamente, deben aprender que los actos tienen consecuencias y que al tomar una decisión hay que pensar en los efectos, y que cuando tengan algo a su cuidado, es responsable de lo que suceda. La responsabilidad se aprende practicándola y debe basarse en hechos concretos.
En estos momentos nos encontramos revisando el ROF (reglamento de funcionamiento interno) con ellos y, hoy concretamente, el capítulo IV LA CONVIVENCIA.
We continue holding the School Council meetings with the Guidance Department in Secondary-Bach, with the aim for pupils to present proposals, comment on their difficulties and problems in order for us to cover their needs and interests where possible.
The School council election helps pupils develop basic communication skills in order for them to responsibly participate in a democratic society. It is a positive figure for the entire class, but also for at an individual level for the person in charge of this post. To be responsible for something is one of the learning processes that help personal maturity and, most times, personal satisfaction. They need to differentiate between voluntary and involuntary tasks, they must learn their acts carry consequences and when making a decision we must take its effects into account, and that when they have to take care of something, they are responsible for the outcome. Responsibility is achieved by putting it into practice and it must be based upon specific facets.
We are revising the ROF (Regulation on Organisation and Operation) with them at the moment, today, focusing on Chapter IV COEXISTANCE.
