Hoy se ha celebrado la primera reunión del Consejo escolar. En primer lugar, Ms Torres tuvo la oportunidad de agradecer a los miembros del Consejo del curso anterior su labor y que dedicasen unas sabias palabras a los miembros del recientemente elegido Consejo. Mr. Casbas presentó los cambios y mejoras realizados al perfil que debe tener un miembro del Consejo escolar y Ms. Grandal destacó la importancia del papel de los alumnos en nuestro plan estratégico. Los Head Boy y Head Girl hablaron a los alumnos sobre la importancia de su papel, no solo en aspectos físicos del Colegio, sino también en los temas sociales y emocionales. Esperamos un curso muy productivo y confiamos en que nuestro Consejo escolar sea consciente de la importancia de su papel en nuestro Colegio.
Today was the first meeting of the school council. First there was an opportunity for Ms Torres to thank the members of the school council from last year and for them to pass on some words of wisdom to the newly elected council members. Mr Casbas then introduced the changes and improvements to the profile of a school council member to the pupils and Ms Grandal emphasized the importance placed on the pupils role in the school in our strategic plan. The Head Boy and Head Girl spoke to the pupils about the importance of their role not just in observing the physical aspects of the school but also in the emotional and social areas too. We are looking forward to a very productive year with our school council and we are sure that they are aware of the importance of the role they have to play in our school.
