El sábado día 7 de marzo 2015 tuvo lugar en El Colegio El Centro Inglés un simulacro de los exámenes externos de inglés de la Universidad de Cambridge en el que pudieron participar 120 alumnos de 3º ESO, 4º ESO, 1º y 2º Bachillerato. Los exámenes que se realizaron fueron los siguientes:
FIRST CERTIFICATE ENGLISH EXAMINATION —–Nivel B2 según el Marco Común de Referencia para las Lenguas ( 85 alumnos ).
ADVANCED ENGLISH EXAMINATION——–Nivel C1 según el Marco Común de Referencia para las Lenguas ( 33 alumnos ).
PROFICIENCY ENGLISH EXAMINATION ——Nivel C2 según el Marco Común de Referencia para las Lenguas ( 2 alumnos ).
Los alumnos tienen la posibilidad de enfrentarse a este examen en las mismas condiciones en que lo realizarán en la convocatoria de junio. Los resultados que obtienen miden si los alumnos están preparados para presentarse a estos exámenes, que no solamente miden su nivel de inglés, sino también la madurez que necesitan para afrontar estas pruebas que están pensadas para adultos.
The Cambridge University external mock examinations were held in The English Centre on Saturday 7th of March. 120 pupils from 3rd and 4th year of Secondary and 1st and 2nd of Baccalaureate took these mock examinations. The exams were the following:
FIRST CERTIFICATE ENGLISH EXAMINATION —–Level B2 in accordance with the Common Reference Framework for Languages ( 85 pupils ).
ADVANCED ENGLISH EXAMINATION——–Level C1 in accordance with the Common Reference Framework for Languages ( 33 pupils ).
PROFICIENCY ENGLISH EXAMINATION ——Level C2 in accordance with the Common Reference Framework for Languages ( 2 pupils ).
Pupils have the opportunity of taking this exam in the same conditions as they would find in the June examination. The exam result determine if the pupils are ready to take these examinations, not only their level of English, but also the maturity needed to face these tests designed for adults.
