Aunque es nuestro primer día de vuelta tras las vacaciones de Navidad, nuestros alumnos de 5º de EPO han tenido la oportunidad de visitar el restaurante Romerijo y su almacén para aprender acerca del marisco, icono en esta zona. Los alumnos aprendieron mucho acerca de las diferentes especies disponibles en el menú y sobre el proceso necesario para asegurar que lleguen al plato en las mejores condiciones. Además pudieron descubrir la historia de este conocido negocio familiar.
It may be the first day back after Christmas but our Year 5 pupils had the chance to visit the Romerijo restaurant and warehouse to get to know more about the seafood that is so iconic from this area. Pupils learnt all about the different species on the menu and the processes involved in making sure they arrive on the plate in top condition as well as the history of this renowned family business.
