Ayer los alumnos de 2º de Bachillerato recibieron la visita de la Universidad de Navarra, en concreto Matthias Hühn, profesor en dicha universidad, quien les habló sobre la Pirámide de Maslow, relativa a la jerarquía de las necesidades humanas. Los alumnos terminaron encantados.
Abraham Maslow propuso que las necesidades humanas deben ser pensadas como organizadas jerárquicamente y que sólo estamos motivados por una necesidad que no está satisfecha. En la conferencia se vío las necesidades, se pudo preguntar si realmente están ordenados como Maslow sugirió, se trató de encontrar una diferencia entre una necesidad y otra necesidad, y conectar las necesidades de motivación en un contexto de trabajo.
Upper Sixth Form pupils received a visit yesterday from the Navarra University, more specifically Matthias Hühn, a lecturer at this University, who spoke to them about the Maslow Pyramid, the hierarchy of human needs. Pupils were delighter.
Abraham Maslow depicts human needs to be considered as a hierarchy and that we are solely motivated by unfulfilled needs. During the conference we considered needs, we were able to question whether or not they are organised as suggested by Marlow, we aimed to find the difference between need and necessity, and connected with motivation needs within a work context.
