Hoy nos ha visitado Francisco Belaustegui, gerente de la asociación Nueva Bahía, con la que colaboramos desde hace años con nuestra campaña “Tu solidaridad suma” con alumnos de Stage 7. Este año nos solicitan mantas, edredones, sábanas, toallas y pañales, que podrán traer los alumnos hasta el día 20 de marzo.
Francisco ha explicado a los alumnos participantes qué hace Nueva Bahía, a qué tipo de personas y colectivos ayudan y lo más importante, las necesidades que sufren muchos vecinos de El Puerto de Santa María. Desde la Comisión de Responsabilidad Social confiamos en que todas estas acciones contribuyan a que nuestros alumnos desarrollen su empatía y conciencia social.

Today we received the visit of Francisco Belaustegui, manager of the Nueva Bahía association, with whom we have been collaborating for years with our campaign «Your solidarity adds» with Stage 7 pupils. This year they ask us for blankets, quilts, sheets, towels, and nappies, which pupils can bring until the 20th of March.
Francisco explained what Nueva Bahía does to the participating pupils, what kind of people and groups they help and most importantly, the needs that many residents of El Puerto de Santa María suffer. From the Social Responsibility Committee, we are confident that all these actions contribute to our pupils to develop their empathy and social awareness.
