Hoy nuestros chicos de primero de ESO están desarrollando un interesante proyecto internacional en colaboración con Gimnazjum Publiczne im. Pisarzy Kaszubsko-Pomorskich, un colegio Polaco.
Se trata de registrar el movimiento del sol en El Puerto y en Polonia y comparar el efecto de las estaciones (repetiremos el muestreo en verano) y de la latitud en el ángulo de incidencia del sol sufre la superficie de la Tierra.
El proyecto, desarrollado por los alumnos bajo la tutela del Departamento de Ciencias, registrará longitud y ángulo de la sombra de una barra vertical y realizará fotos para, posteriormente montar una animación comparando los movimientos simultáneos de verano e invierno en España y en Polonia.
Esta colaboración, es la primera de algunas otras que nuestro colegio tiene previsto desarrollar con otros colegios Europeos, enmarcadas en el prestigioso proyecto europeo e-Twinning.
Today our pupils from Year 1 in Secondary have developed a very interesting international Project, in collaboration with Gimnazjum Publiczne im. Pisarzy Kaszubsko-Pomorskich, a Polish School.
It is about registering the sun movement in El Puerto and Poland and compare the seasons effect (we will be repeating the testing in Summer) and the latitude angle of the sun in the Earth’s surface.
The Project, developed by pupils under the Sciences Department guidance will register length and shade angle on a vertical bar and will take pictures to create an animation afterwards comparing the simultaneous movements in Summer and Winter in Spain and Poland.
This collaboration is the first of some more our School will be developing with other European schools, within the e-Twinning prestigious European project.
