Equilibrio y bienestar son aspectos fundamentales en el día a día de nuestra comunidad para continuar con nuestra línea de propósito GROWING TOGETHER, Es por ello por lo que apostamos por implantar el modelo de conciliación EFR en busca de las medidas necesarias para conseguirlo tanto para el personal como para alumnos y familias ECI.
En nuestro afán de superación constante, continuamos con el reto de seguir mejorando cada año. Recientemente hemos recibido la auditoría de renovación del sello EFR, donde se ha evidenciado todo el trabajo que se viene realizando y los óptimos resultados. Por ello, nos es grato compartir con toda la comunidad la renovación del sello como Empresa Familiarmente Responsable, que nos otorga un curso más la Fundación MasFamilia, subiendo la categoría en el rango de puntuación a B+.
Damos la enhorabuena a toda la Comunidad ECI con el ánimo de seguir en esta bonita senda basada en nuestro LIVELONG LOVE OF LEARNING.
Balance and well-being are fundamental aspects in the daily life of our community to continue with our GROWING TOGETHER line of purpose, which is why we are committed to implementing the EFR work-life balance model in search of the necessary measures to achieve this for both staff and pupils and ECI families.
In our pursue for constant improvement, we continue with the challenge of improving every year. We have recently received the audit for the renewal of the EFR seal, which has shown all the work that has been done and the excellent results. Therefore, we are pleased to share with the entire community the renewal of the seal as a Family Responsible Company, awarded to us once again by the MasFamilia Foundation, raising the category in the score range to B+.
