Reception students have just returned from a fantastic day in El Coto de la Isleta, a marvellous gift of nature right on our doorstep in El Puerto de Santa Maria.
The students have participated in a special programme called “Bichos” where they have been getting to know the interesting world of insects. They have been learning how to respect these tiny creatures as important members of the ecosystem and value them as living things just like all other animals.
They have also had a chance to enjoy some fun activities like cooperative games, hunts and races with the monitors in the green spaces in El Coto as well as a special “Bug Theatre”.
What a great way to end the week!
