Durante esta semana hemos celebrado las Jornadas sobre la discapacidad. Diferentes voluntarios han estado impartiendo charlas a todos los cursos desde Early Years hasta Bachillerato sobre discapacidad visual, auditiva e intelectual. Como todos los años han sido unos días intensos en los que la formación en valores ha acaparado el núcleo de la vida del Centro. Gracias a sus testimonios docentes y alumnos nos hemos sensibilizado aún más de esta realidad social que nos llama como miembros de ella a dar una respuesta integradora a las personas con discapacidad.
This week we have been celebrating the Disability Days. Different volunteers have been giving talks to all year groups, from Early Years to Sixth Form, regarding visual, auditive or intellectual impairment. As every year, these have been intense days where training in values has been the core of School life. Thanks to teacher and pupil testimonies, we have raised awareness about this social reality, and as part of that society we are called to provide an integrating answer to those impaired.
