Last week, our General Directod Mr. Randell had the privilege of attending EDU FORUM Madrid, organised by Acade. An association to defend interests of Private Education. Our families’ and pupils’ interests.
Following a welcome event offered by the deputy minister of Education Policies for the Community of Madrid, Rocío Albert López-Ibor, and Juan Santiago, president of Acade, the Acade Board of Directors carried out a synthesis regarding the benefits the Association entails for private education and the agreements they aim to reach with the Public Administration, focusing on the saving the administration of private education entails.
It is essential to understand the contribution of Private Education in society, to reach agreement to at least respect it. Important challenges lay ahead we must be prepared to address and in this line we work in Acade.
Over 200 private education representatives met in this event. Four core references intervened: VICTOR KÜPPERS, lecturer on motivation and team leadership; JOSÉ RAMÓN GAMO, specialist in preschool neuropsychology; RAMÓN BARRERA expert in educational coaching and teacher training in subjects linked to competences and creativity; and ÁLVARO BILBAO; doctor in Psychology, neuropsychologist and collaborator in the World Health Organisation.
