Durante esta semana nuestros pequeños han disfrutado de un divertido taller de cocina.
Desde el Centro queremos fomentar una alimentación sana ¿Y qué mejor manera de hacerlo, que cocinando un bol de humus? En este taller no solo han aprendido la importancia de una dieta variada y probar cosas nuevas sino que algunos han podido recordar la lista de los ingredientes y el método también. Lo han conseguido con mucho éxito .

This week, our little master chefs have been enjoying their latest cookery workshop.
We are always eager to develop healthy eating habits and what better way to do that than learn how to make a delicious bowl of hummus?
In this workshop, they have learned about a healthy diet, trying new foods and some children have also tried remembering a list of ingredients and describing the method in English. They have achieved all of these tasks fantastically!
