Summer finally arrives in the EY kitchen.

This week, the Early Years’ students have participated in the cookery workshop making a delicious «ice cream in a bag». A key idea behind this workshop has been to enjoy the magic of a chemical and physical transformation from liquid to solid state. The children have poured in their soya milk, added the sugar and shaked like crazy until achieving a lovely creamy texture. A second principal has been the pure joy of tasting a home-made summer ice-cream with original non-dairy products. It has been a lovely way to celebrate making food and enjoying summer in a child-friendly way.
