Ayer tuvimos el placer de poder realizar una jornada más de nuestras charlas de Conectando con la Sociedad, es esta ocasión contamos con Patricia Ramírez conocida como Patri Psicóloga, cuyo extenso currículum como Psicóloga, Conferenciante, Escritora y Divulgadora pudimos comentar.
Patri introdujo el tema de la autoestima de nuestro hijos y nos dio las claves y pautas sobre cómo aumentarla incidiendo en los errores típicos que todas las familias suelen cometer. La base sin dida es el amor y engrandecer y poner el foco en los que hacemos bien y no en los malo.
Intentar evitar las comparativas también es uno de los puntos fundamentales para engrandecer el autoestima.

Yesterday we had the pleasure of being able to carry out one more day of our Connecting with Society talks, this time we had Patricia Ramirez known as Patri Psychologist, whose extensive curriculum as a Psychologist, Lecturer, Writer, and Broadcaster we were able to comment.
Patri introduced the subject of our children’s self-esteem and gave us the keys and guidelines on how to increase it, focusing on the typical mistakes that all families tend to make. The basis is undoubtedly love and to magnify and focus on what we do well and not on what we do wrong.
Trying to avoid comparisons is also one of the fundamental points to enhance self-esteem.
