El centro ha mantenido recientemente una nueva reunión con ADEAC, auditores de los colegios que pertenecen a la red de ECO-Escuelas y responsables de la concesión de las banderas azules a las playas y las verdes a los colegios.
El Centro Inglés ya obtuvo, con méritos, la prestigiosa Bandera Verde, pero debe revalidar cada año este status de ECO-Escuela, y demostrar que sigue siendo merecedor de la mencionada bandera.
Una vez más, los responsables de ADEAC felicitaron al centro en general y al Aula de Sostenibilidad en particular por el compromiso, la actitud y la «gran cantidad y calidad de las iniciativas que se desarrollan en El Centro Inglés», mostrando además su interés en visitar nuestro centro a la mayor brevedad posible para evaluar de primera mano algunas de estas iniciativas…
Desde ADEAC, quisieron también agradecer nuestra labor disponibilidad cuando, al ser consultados, aceptamos tutorizar varios centros en su puesta en marcha como ECO-Escuelas.
Así pues, felicitaciones incluidas, El Centro Inglés sigue siendo una ECO-Escuela de referencia y, naturalmente, seguimos estando autorizados a seguir ondeando orgullosos nuestra bandera verde.
The School recently held a new meeting with ACADE, auditors of the schools that belong to the ECO-Schools network and responsible for the granting of blue flags to beaches and green flags to schools.
The English Centre has already obtained, with merits, the prestigious Green Flag, but it must revalidate this status of ECO-School every year and demonstrate that it is still worthy of the aforementioned flag.
Once again, those responsible for ACADE congratulated the School in general and the Eco-Student Committee in particular for the commitment, attitude and «great quantity and quality of the initiatives that are developed in The English Centre», also showing their interest in visiting our School as soon as possible to evaluate first-hand some of these initiatives…
From ACADE, they also wanted to thank our work availability when, when consulted, we agreed to tutor several school in their implementation as ECO-Schools.
So, congratulations included, The English Centre remains a reference ECO-School and, naturally, we are still entitled to continue waving our green flag proudly.
