El pasado 28 de abril, ACADE (Asociación de Centros Autónomos de Enseñanza Privada), organizó una reunión con sus centros asociados para proponer una iniciativa realmente interesante.
El Centro Inglés, a través de D. Gonzalo Olías, presentó a los asociados el Aula de Sostenibilidad, el recorrido de esta desde su creación hace ya 4 años, los proyectos y los logros obtenidos, en especial la Bandera Verde, y el retorno que esta iniciativa tiene en el propio centro y en la comunidad educativa.
La intervención finalizó con la presentación de la iniciativa RED de ECOESCUELAS ACADE, propuesta por El Centro Inglés para la asociación, y que nuestro centro dinamizaría y orientaría en su creación y desarrollo, para la consecución de una política común de los centros asociados en materia de Medio Ambiente.
La reunión resultó un éxito de asistencia y participación y, si todo sigue su curso, la RED de ECOESCUELAS ACADE dinamizada por nuestro Aula de Sostenibilidad, será una realidad el próximo curso.
Una vez más, nuestro centro se sitúa a la vanguardia de las iniciativas ambientales en el ámbito escolar, cumpliendo además uno de los objetivos del Aula de Sostenibilidad desde su creación; exportar nuestro modelo a otros centros, extendiendo así la Marea Verde de sensibilidad ambiental.
On April 28, ACADE (Association of Autonomous Private Education Centres) organized a meeting with its partner Schools to propose a truly interesting initiative.
The English Centre, through Mr. Gonzalo Olías, presented the Sustainability Class to the partners, it’s trajectory since its creation 4 years ago, the projects and achievements accomplished, especially the Green Flag, and the impact that this initiative has in the School itself and in the educational community.
The intervention ended with the presentation of the ACADE ECO-SCHOOLS NETWORK initiative, proposed by The English Centre for the Association, and which our School would promote and guide in its creation and development, for the achievement of a common policy of the associated environmental schools.
The meeting was a success of attendance and participation and, if everything goes its way, the ACADE ECO-SCHOOLS NETWORK promoted by our Sustainability Class, will be a reality next year.
Once again, our School is at the forefront of environmental initiatives in the educational field, also fulfilling one of the objectives of the Sustainability Class since its creation; export our model to other schools, thus extending the Green Tide of environmental awareness.
