As part of their topic in the International Curriculum pupils from Year 3 went to the honey museum. They had a breakfast, planted pumpkin, made candles, went to see the bee hives and learnt about bees watching a video and having a chat with their monitors. It was a fantastic day out that helped the pupils to understand how important bees are and why we have to look after them.
