Este año la visita a las Salinas ha sido otro día repleto de acción para nuestros alumnos de 5 años. Desde el momento que llegamos a este precioso lugar, los monitores recibieron a los alumnos y directamente se fueron a jugar. Aprendieron sobre cómo se recoge la sal y prepararon la suya propia para llevarla a casa. Con sus monoculares fueron a buscar aves. Encontraron muchas plantas, flores, conchas, insectos y fauna local. ¡Incluso llevaron sus redes y se fueron a pescar! El pasado lluvioso mes de abril se convirtió en el deleite de nuestros pequeños amantes de la naturaleza y el parque nos mostró toda su fauna. El día culminó con un paseo en tractor y en carreta y pudimos volver a casa repletos de aire fresco, recuerdos entrañables y un poco cansados.
The trip to the Salt Marsh this year was another action-packed day for our five year olds. From the moment we arrived to this beautiful setting, the children were introduced to their monitors and got straight down to play. They learnt about how salt is made and prepared their own to take home. They took their monoculars and went bird-spotting. They looked for plants, flowers, shells, insects and local creatures. They even took their fishing nets and went fishing! The wet April was a delight for our little nature lovers and the park was teaming with wildlife. The day was perfectly finished with a trip on the tractor and trailer and we all went home on the bus, full of fresh air, warm memories and a little sleepy!
