Our ECI Global Challenge pupils had their preparation trip this week. Pupils spent two nights and two days getting to know the programme and all of its activities. It is a great chance for pupils to form a team and to start to use the values and skills necessary for their time in Wales. On day one there were workshops on orienteering and compass reading followed by a pupil-lead hike in the forest. On day two there were multi sports activities which the pupils took part in and designed. Finally pupils made introductory videos for their new friends at St. Michael’s School and received lots of information about their time in Wales. They all had a great time and are definitely ready for their trip to Wales now.
