Enmarcado en el proyecto ECICOE, los alumnos de 3º de ESO visitaron el pasado viernes la bodega y almazara Sancha Pérez. Allí tuvieron la oportunidad de participar en el último día de recogida de aceituna y comprobar cómo se transporta a la almazara y se extrae su jugo: aceite de oliva puro, que pudieron degustar. Posteriormente, visitaron la bodega y conocieron el proceso de elaboración de vino. ¡Gracias a Sancha Pérez por sus explicaciones técnicas y prácticas!
Within the ECICOE Project, our Year 3 children in ESO went to Sancha Pérez’s winehouse and oil press. They joined in the last day of olives picking and saw all the processes involved in olive oil making. They even tried pure olive oil. Afterwards they visited the winehouse and learned about the wine making process. Thanks to Sancha Pérez for his explanations.
