Estimadas familias, estamos encantados de anunciar que a partir de abril nuestro Colegio se ha convertido en un Centro Libre de Botellas de Plástico.
Este reto, en línea con las políticas ambientales que el Aula de Sostenibilidad desarrolla con la Titularidad y la Dirección de El Centro Inglés, pretende convertir a nuestro Centro en un referente nacional, también en asuntos relacionados con el Medio Ambiente en el entorno escolar.
Se trata de un reto para TODA LA COMUNIDAD de El Centro Inglés, empezando por el propio Centro, que no usará más botellas de plástico para el agua en ninguna de sus actividades (conferencias, formaciones, excursiones…), pero que debe ser apoyado por nuestras familias para que el esfuerzo tenga sentido.
Todos sabemos el problema ambiental que supone el plástico y el incremento descontrolado de residuos de este tipo que aparecen en el mar y en nuestras costas a diario, la suma de un pequeño esfuerzo por parte de todos puede ser significativa en este reto global y en El Centro Inglés queremos predicar con el ejemplo.
Por todo esto os pedimos encarecidamente que desde hoy ¡¡NO TRAIGAIS BOTELLAS DE PLÁSTICO AL CENTRO!!. Os invitamos a usar para vuestros hijos botellas reutilizables de materiales sostenibles y a aprovechar la ocasión para tomar conciencia y educar a nuestros niños en valores.
Para facilitar esta transición, se han puesto a la venta en nuestra tienda varios modelos de botellas de aluminio con diseños realizados por nuestros alumnos. Hay 10 modelos a elegir.
Las botellas se venden al precio de coste + 1,5 € que será entregado a Madre Coraje, de modo que nuestra botella es SOSTENIBLE Y SOLIDARIA. ¡¡Consultad en nuestra tienda!!.
Naturalmente, el uso de estas botellas no es obligatorio, pero os rogamos que participéis de este proyecto y os suméis al reto: PLASTIC BOTTLE FREE SCHOOL!!
Dear families, we are delighted to announce that from April our School has become a Plastic Bottle Free Center.
This challenge, in line with the environmental policies that the Sustainability Class developed with The English Centre Ownership and Management, aims to make our School a national reference, also in matters related to the environment in the school environment.
It is a challenge for ALL THE COMMUNITY of The English Centre, starting with the School itself, which will not use any more plastic bottles for water in any of its activities (conferences, formations, excursions…), but which must be supported by our families for the effort to make sense.
We all know the environmental problem of plastic and the uncontrolled increase of waste of this kind that appear at sea and on our shores on a daily basis, the sum of a small effort on the part of all can be significant in this global challenge and in The English Centre we want to preach by example.
For all this we kindly ask you to DO NOT BRING PLASTIC BOTTLES TO THE CENTER from today!! We invite you to use reusable bottles of sustainable materials for your children and take the opportunity to raise awareness and educate our children in values.
To facilitate this transition, several models of aluminum bottles with designs made by our pupils are up for sale in our shop. There are 10 models to choose from.
The bottles are sold at the cost price + 1.5 euros which will be delivered to Madre Coraje, so that our bottle is SUSTAINABLE AND CHARITABLE. Check out our shop!!.
