Our Eisteddfod celebrations moved online this year. The directors joined the flower girls to celebrate the inauguration of our new Head Boy and Head Girl, Minerva and Javier and to thank Julio and Marina for doing such a fantastic job at such a difficult time. It was great that Julio and Marina got to enjoy their ceremony after missing out last year. 3º EPO boys also read Kipling’s “If”, one of Mrs Randell’s favourite poems. There was a chance to present all of the awards in Mrs Randell’s name as well as our usual Eisteddfod elements like the Sword of Peace, the Art Competitions, the Photo Competition and the Teacher Photo Competition. There was also a chance to present Happiness day and our new reusable bottles that were designed by students as part of our Litter Less Campaign by the Aula Sostenible.
All in all it was a ceremony full of interesting competitions that show just how much activity is going on at ECI. It was emotional to see the Head Boy Head Girl ceremony live again even if there was no public yet. Congratulations to everyone who took part. #proyectoIDENTITY
