Today was the last day of our staggered entry. We had full attendance in Early Years and the Junior School with the other half of the senior school attending for the first time. It has been very reassuring to see how pupils have responded to their new situation with understanding and maturity. Systems are being tested and protocols consolidated. Together, as a community, we are forming new habits that ensure our safety and the safety of our community. It has been necessary to come back to school slowly and carefully, taking the time to do things properly and to ensure that everyone understands their role. We are very excited about Monday and having the whole school back together again, living and learning together.
Hoy ha sido nuestro último día de entradas escalonadas. Por primera vez estamos al completo Early Years, EPO y la mitad restante de ESO. Ha sido muy reconfortante ver cómo responden los alumnos, ante esta nueva situación, con comprensión y madurez. Se prueban los sistemas y se consolidan los protocolos. Juntos, como comunidad, creamos nuevos hábitos para garantizar nuestra seguridad y la de nuestra comunidad. Ha sido necesario un retorno lento y cuidadoso, tomándonos el tiempo conveniente para hacer las cosas bien y asegurarnos de que todos comprenden su papel. Esperamos el próximo lunes emocionados, día en el que tendremos el colegio al completo de nuevo, viviendo y aprendiendo juntos.
