El Centro Inglés, de la mano del Aula de Sostenibilidad, se encuentra desde mediados de curso incluida en el programa ECO-ESCUELAS. Se trata de un programa europeo que se desarrolla en centros educativos comprometidos con el medio ambiente, fomentando medidas y actividades que promuevan el respeto del medio ambiente y la reducción de la huella ecológica de estos.
Los consultores que coordinan el programa, que culminará con la concesión de la prestigiosa bandera verde que acreditará al Centro Inglés como una escuela ambientalmente sostenible, han quedado gratamente sorprendidos con las iniciativas y proyectos emprendidos en nuestro centro por los alumnos del Aula de Sostenibilidad.
Enmarcada dentro de estas medidas, se encuentra una encuentra sobre hábitos sostenibles de toda la comunidad ECI que, os rogamos, tengáis a bien en rellenar cuando os sea remitida. The English Centre, hand in hand with the Sustainability class, is included in the ECO-ESCUELAS plan since mid-academic year. This is a European program running on school which are committed with the environment, fomenting measures and activities to promote respect for the environment and the reduction of the school’s carbon footprint.
The consultants who coordinate the program, the end of which will be receiving the prestigious green flag which will recognise The English Centre as a sustainable environmentally-friendly school, were gladly surprised with the initiatives and projects launched by our School through the Sustainability Class pupils.
Included within these measures, is a survey regarding sustainable routines of the entire ECI community, which we kindly request you complete when you receive it.
