Este “Informe Psicopedagógico” responde a la inquietud de informar a los padres y/o responsables de nuestros alumnos sobre los procesos realizados para conseguir la orientación psicopedagógica más ajustada a sus necesidades concretas.
La información se obtiene desde varias fuentes. Los profesores, tutores, vida académica y convivencia son otros tantos canales por los que fluye dicha información y todos son tenidos en cuenta para conseguir ése objetivo: la Orientación Escolar.
Se han aplicado también instrumentos psicopedagógicos (test), de probada solvencia en cuanto a fiabilidad y validez, que nos aportan una información valiosa por estar basada en datos objetivos y por haber sido tratados con las mejores técnicas estadísticas para garantizar su significación.
No obstante, la interpretación de los resultados de los test, en cuanto parte importante de la evaluación psicopedagógica, debe ser realizada siempre con prudencia. Son ciertamente instrumentos fiables y válidos, sin embargo, no son infalibles. En sus resultados pueden haber influido factores ajenos a las propias pruebas tales como el nivel de atención , el cansancio, el interés, la motivación, el estado de salud general , el propio alumno, etc. En definitiva, son resultados muy útiles, pero no deben considerarse como definitivos.
Este informe está dirigido a los alumnos y a sus padres con la finalidad de comunicar los resultados de dichas pruebas. Esperamos que sirva de ayuda ante esta toma de decisión.
This “Psycho-pedagogic Report” is an answer to our pupils’ parents and/or guardians about the processes done to get the best psycho-pedagogic orientation responding to concrete needs.
The information is gathered from several sources. Teachers, tutors, academic records and relations are some of many channels in which this information flows and are taken into account to achieve this objective: School Orientation.
Psycho-pedagogic instruments (test) were also applied being these very reliable regarding reliability and validity, that will provide us with important information based in objective data and having treated them with the best statistic techniques to guarantee their signification.
However, the interpretation of the tests results, as an important part of the psycho-pedagogic evaluation, must always be done cautiously. They are indeed reliable and valid instruments, but they are not infallible. They results might be affected by several external factors to the test such as the attention level, tiredness, interest, motivation, general health condition, the pupil him/herself, etc. Summarising, the results are very useful, but must not be considered definitive.
This report is for pupils and parents so they are informed about the tests results. We hope this is helpful in order to make a decision.
