El pasado 8 de abril tuvimos el honor de recibir la visita de Laura Lachéroy, mujer del poeta gaditano Carlos Edmundo de Ory , fallecido en Francia en el año 2010 . Laura Lachéroy dio a conocer a los alumnos de 4º de Secundaria la vida y la obra del poeta gaditano, su personalidad y mostró el inmenso amor que la unía al poeta. Además, nos habló sobre la Fundación que lleva el nombre del poeta y el fin que persigue esta. Los alumnos estuvieron muy atentos a las palabras de Laura y realizaron preguntas muy interesantes. Ha sido un honor contar con su presencia en este mes de abril tan literario.
On the 8th of April we had the pleasure of receiving the visit of Laura Lachéroy, wife of the Cadiz born poet Carlos Edmundo de Ory, who passed away in France in 2010. Laura Lachéroy shared with 4th of Secondary pupils the life and works of the poet, his personality and showed the immense love that linked her to the poet. Pupils also hear all about the Foundation that carried the poet’s name and the aim of this Foundation. Pupils were very interested in Laura’s words and asked some very interesting questions. It has been an honour to count with her presence in this month of April, such a literary month.
