Esta semana hemos hecho entrega de los 539 kilos de alimentos recaudados en el día de la Poesía en ECI, repartidos a las Hermanas del Espíritu Santo de El Puerto de Santa María y a Madre Coraje, que serán de gran ayuda en estos duros momentos para tantas familias. Este año, El Dpto. de Lengua Española junto a la comisión de Responsabilidad Social, lo titulamos «Versos contra el Hambre», magnífica iniciativa que no hubiese sido posible sin la implicación de todas las familias que conforman esta comunidad, los alumnos desde Pre-nursery a Upper Sixth a quienes hacemos llegar el mensaje de agradecimiento de ambas entidades y de nuestro Centro.
This week we handed over the 539 kilos of food collected on Poetry Day at ECI to the Sisters of the Holy Spirit in El Puerto de Santa María and to Madre Coraje, which will be of great help in these difficult times for so many families. This year, the Spanish Language Department, together with the Social Responsibility Committee, named it «Verses against Hunger», a magnificent initiative that would not have been possible without the involvement of all the families that make up this community, the pupils from Pre-nursery to Upper Sixth, to whom we send a message of thanks from both entities and from our school.
