St. Patrick’s Day in Early Years and Year 1
Today we celebrated our St. Patrick’s Day Assembly, where our Early Years students had the opportunity to celebrate and learn about this special occasion together with Year 1 and 2.
At The English Centre, we believe in embracing cultural celebrations as a way to foster curiosity, inclusivity, and a sense of community among our young learners. St. Patrick’s Day is a wonderful opportunity for our children to explore Irish heritage, traditions, and folklore in a fun and engaging way.
During the assembly, the children will took part in songs, stories, and dance, led by Ms. Hurley and get into the festive spirit. Through this celebration, we aim to encourage appreciation of different cultures and traditions and promote participation and confidence through music and dance. But most of all, we hope to create a joyful and inclusive atmosphere for all our students. It was a fun-filled event for everyone to enjoy!
